Consider the law of other jurisdictions

If you have not found what you need after conducting a thorough review of Canadian law, you may have to turn to the law of other jurisdictions.

Although the research resources will be different in those jurisdictions, the basic research methodology will be similar to the methodology you have already employed in your Canadian research.
